Contract Signed for Geological Exploration Work on 11 Blocks near Ushshoky

A contractor has been selected, and a contract has been signed to conduct geological exploration work on an additional 11 blocks near the Ushshoky deposit. The total area of the exploration site is 25.1 sq. km.

Reports on confirmed reserves will be prepared in accordance with international standards KAZRC and JORC. According to preliminary estimates by BASS Gold LLP, gold reserves in the new areas are expected to be in the range of 2 to 4 tonnes.

It is worth noting that in 2024, a gold extraction plant was launched at the Ushshoky deposit, which uses cyanide leaching for ore processing.

The plant provides a full cycle of ore processing extracted at the deposit, producing Doré alloy, which is then supplied to the refining plant of Tau-Ken Altyn LLP.
