In July 2024, BASS Gold LLP. obtained a license to conduct geological exploration on 11 new blocks near the Ushshoky deposit. The total area is 25.1 square kilometers.
According to the company's plan, geological exploration work will begin this year. This process will occur in several key stages: project planning, fieldwork, laboratory work, scientific research, and mineral resource estimation (MRE). Reports on confirmed reserves will be compiled per international standards KAZRC and JORC.
According to preliminary internal estimates, the gold reserves in the new territory are estimated to be between 2 to 4 tons.
It is worth noting that in 2024, a gold extraction plant using the cyanidation method for ore leaching was launched at the Ushshoky deposit.
The plant represents a complete cycle of ore processing, which is extracted at the deposit, and ultimately produces products in the form of Doré alloy. The Doré alloy ingots are supplied to the refining plant of LLP "Tau-Ken Altyn."
